EVALUASI PROGRAM PENINGKATAN AKSES LAYANAN KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK DALAM MENDORONG PERUBAHAN PERILAKU KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA CAMPAKA KECAMATAN KADUHEJO KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG

. Community-based health programs need to be assessed not only by the number of activities delivered, but also by their relevance, implementation quality, and sustainability. This study aimed to evaluate the KATALIS Program in Campaka Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency, using the context, input, process, and product components, and to describe identified changes in beneficiaries’ health knowledge, attitudes, and practices. A qualitative descriptive-evaluative design was employed. Data were collected from 13 purposively selected informants through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and document review. Data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that the program context was relevant to community needs. The input was partially adequate, while the process was partially implemented and the product was partially achieved. Some beneficiaries showed better understanding of nutrition and stunting, greater concern for child growth and hygiene, more consistent use of posyandu services, improved food provision, and healthier sanitation practices. The program should be continued with stronger baseline data, cadre capacity, reusable educational media, monitoring, documentation, facility maintenance, and institutional sustainability planning.
