Abstract

The rise of mobile applications has become a promising solution to provide a more convenient ordering experience for customers. This research focuses on developing a mobile app that allows customers to easily order and pay for food and beverages. The research methodology includes requirement analysis, application design, development, testing, and user data collection to understand customer preferences. The design of the app will prioritize an intuitive user interface, and user participation will be integral to the testing phase. The implementation of this food and beverage ordering application will take place in selected canteens. The goal is that this app will help reduce long queues and improve operational efficiency. Through this study, it is expected to contribute to the advancement of information technology, especially in the catering and canteen industries.
