Abstract

Mango  fruit  (Mangifera  Indica)  is  a  seasonal  fruit  that  is  widely  grown  in  Indonesia.  The  grading process is carried out to select quality mangoes for distribution to consumers. Conventionally grading still uses human power so the results are irrelevant between individuals. The grading process becomes inefficient if too many mangoes are harvested with limited manpower, as a result the grading process takes  a  long  time  and  some  of  the  mangoes  are  temporarily  stored  in  the  warehouse.  This  time-consuming hoarding causes mangoes to become damaged and rotten.
