Pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Nur Haramain Mulia

This study explains the effect of compensation, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Nur Haramain Mulia Kraksaan Probolinggo, both partially and simultaneously. The research sample consisted of all employees of PT. Nur Haramain Mulia Kraksaan Probolinggo, totaling 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were used as the sample. Data collection methods in this study involved both primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods employed included validity and reliability tests, normality tests, linear regression analysis, and both simultaneous (F-test) and partial (t-test) significance tests. The results of the study indicate that compensation, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance.
