Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the effect of rewards, work stress and work discipline on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Probolinggo Cluster employees. The method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The study population involved 49 employees, with 38 of them selected as samples based on administrative and operational job criteria. Data analysis used SmartPLS4. The results showed that the relationship between rewards and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance, characterized by the incentives received and a high level of discipline can increase individual productivity in completing their responsibilities. While work stress has a negative influence that can improve employee performance. Minimal work stress employees can be more focused, more productive in improving the quality of performance without having to feel burdened by excessive workload.
