Pengaruh Pengalaman Konsumen (Customer Experience) Dan Variasi Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pelanggan Kopi Ruang Temu Tulungagung

This study aims to determine whether consumer experience has an impact on repurchase intention of Ruang Temu Coffee customers Tulungagung and the influence of product variations on repurchase intention of Ruang Temu Coffee customers in Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative research type with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a nonprobability sampling method of incidental sampling. The population used is Ruang Temu Coffee customers with a sample of 96. The result of the t – test (partial) of consumer experience and product variations have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The results are expected to be used as a reference for the development of Ruang Temu Coffee owners in Tulungagung to increase customer repurchase intention.
