This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and work environment on employee performance in the administration and finance divisions of the Tugu Tirta Drinking Water Company in Malang City. This study was conducted using primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 114 respondents, all of whom were employees in the administration and finance divisions. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the variables of organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and work environment, when viewed together, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture and work environment were proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, while democratic leadership style did not show a significant influence. Future research is expected to consider other factors such as job satisfaction, discipline, and organizational commitment.
