Pengaruh Posisi Bahan Tanam dan Lama Perendaman Rootone-F Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Batang Nilam (Pogostemon cablin benth)

This activity aims to determine the effect of the position of the planting material and the duration of Rootone-F immersion on the growth of patchouli stem cuttings and the interactions that arise from both. This study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors, namely the position of the planting material (B) with 3 levels and the duration of Rootone-F immersion (R) with 4 levels and repeated 3 times. The results showed that the position of the rootstock (B3) significantly affected the parameters of root emergence time, number of shoots, number of leaves, leaf area, and percentage of finished cuttings. Rootone-F immersion for 3 hours (R3) significantly affected the time of root emergence, number of shoots at 2 days after planting, leaf area and percentage of finished cuttings. There was an interaction between the position of the rootstock and 2 hours immersion (B3R2) and the position of the rootstock and the duration of Rootone-F immersion for 3 hours (B3R3) on the root length parameter.
