This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy and risk management among cooperative members so that they can manage financial procedures and reduce the level of non-performing loans. Based on an initial assessment, it was found that low financial literacy—such as in financial management among cooperative members—and issues with non-performing loans stem from poor operational maintenance of installment payments by cooperative members. Training in financial record-keeping and risk management concepts related to credit management serves as a strategic step in improving the financial literacy of cooperative members, particularly the members and staff of KSP Artha Mitra Karya Malang. The implementation of the activity involved several stages: preparation, training delivery, and evaluation. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in cooperative members’ understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts, financial record-keeping, administrative documentation, and the mitigation of non-performing installment loans. This training successfully contributed to fostering a cooperative membership culture characterized by sound administrative practices, contributed to enhancing cooperative financial literacy, and equipped members with the skills to mitigate risks associated with non-performing loans through proper installment maintenance.
