Advances in financial technology have spurred the emergence of various online lending services that provide the public with easy access to financing. However, this convenience has also given rise to new problems, particularly for people with limited financial literacy. The increasing number of cases involving illegal online loans and unethical debt collection practices poses a challenge for rural communities, including families managed by homemakers who serve as the family’s financial managers. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of the PKK group regarding the risks of online loans and to provide education on wise family financial management. The activity was conducted in Sanankerto Village, Malang Regency, with 30 PKK members participating. The methods used included outreach sessions, interactive discussions, and evaluation via a simple questionnaire. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the differences between legal and illegal online loans, the risks of using digital loans, and the importance of financial literacy in making family financial decisions. This program is expected to strengthen the role of women in maintaining household economic stability and preventing the community from falling into harmful online lending practices.
