The problem of bullying in elementary schools is a serious challenge that requires attention from various parties, including educators, parents, and the community. Bullying often occurs in the school environment and negatively impacts children's psychological, social, and academic development. Therefore, preventive efforts are needed through the socialization of policies for preventing and handling bullying from an early age. This community service activity was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Tulungrejo, Ngantang District, Malang Regency through the "Speak Up" program with the aim of increasing the understanding of students, teachers, and school officials regarding the types of bullying, their impacts, and steps to prevent and handle them. The implementation method used an interactive socialization approach tailored to the characteristics of elementary school students, including participatory material delivery, discussions, educational video screenings, and simple simulations. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' awareness and understanding of the importance of mutual respect, the courage to report or speak up when experiencing or witnessing bullying, and a growing shared commitment to creating a safe and comfortable school environment. This activity is expected to be the first step in building a sustainable anti-bullying culture in elementary schools.
