The small and medium-sized tofu industry plays a strategic role in the local economy, but it still faces problems in managing production waste that impact the environment and business efficiency. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide assistance in managing solid waste from the tofu industry in the form of tofu pulp as an effort to increase added value and develop the business at CV. Serampang Jaya in Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency. The method used is intensive assistance with a participatory discussion approach, including problem identification, material provision, and formulation of alternative waste utilization options in line with the partner's capacity. The results of the activity showed an increase in the partner's understanding of the concept of waste as an economically valuable by-product and the emergence of alternative business development through the utilization of tofu pulp as animal feed, raw material for food flour, tofu pulp crackers, and organic fertilizer. The novelty of this activity lies in the integration of technical assistance in waste management and the strengthening of managerial aspects and business development strategies for SMEs based on the principles of sustainability. This approach encourages waste management not only as an environmental obligation but also as a business opportunity that supports business sustainability.
