Local Supplementary Feeding (SF) plays a role in providing additional nutrition for children indicated as stunting. The main raw materials for PMT can be sourced from local ingredients available in the surrounding environment. Moringa oleifera, Kaempferia galanga, and several types of medicinal plants are cultivated in Mangguan village. These various raw materials can support PMT nutrition. The processing of local SF involves cadres of the stunting posyandu (integrated health post) in Mangguan village, Pasrepan, Pasuruan. Cadres of the posyandu play an important role in fulfilling children's nutritional intake at the stunting posyandu in Mangguan village. The activity aims empower cadres through processing locally obtained SF at the stunting posyandu in Mangguan village, Pasrepan, Pasuruan. The activity stages include socialization, training in processing locally sourced SF products, mentoring, and evaluation. Resulting of the activity include, first, the skills of the posyandu cadres in processing SF from local ingredients, then second, the production of two SF menus: a green bean-galangal juice drink and mocav-based moringa crackers. The conclusion of the activity was in the form of expanding the expertise and abilities of Posyandu cadres in processing SF products from local ingredients, as well as the cadres' skills in making green bean juice drink products – K. galangan and moringa crackers based on mocav.
