ABSTRACT
UD. Noval Farm, as a community service partner, is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) engaged in layer chicken farming in Grujugan Village, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency. The partner faces problems in quality management, such as the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), a high egg damage rate of 12%, and fluctuations in product quality due to weak production process supervision. However, the partner has potential in the form of a production capacity of 6,000 eggs per week, experienced human resources, and adequate production facilities. The solution offered is the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve business quality and efficiency through applied and sustainable assistance. The objective of this activity is to strengthen the quality control system and increase the competitiveness of the partner. The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with the following stages: problem identification, technical training, SOP implementation, and impact evaluation. The results show a decrease in egg damage from 12% to 5%, a 25% increase in sorting time efficiency, and a 10% increase in sales turnover. The impact is felt in the managerial aspect through improved quality control capabilities and worker discipline. This activity has proven to be effective in improving product quality and the sustainability of livestock SME businesses.
